Fondée en 1872 par Alfred Prunier, la Maison Prunier était à l?origine du premier bar à huîtres et à champagne de Paris, du premier producteur de caviar français en 1921 et de l?une des toutes premières fermes d?élevage d?esturgeons en Dordogne dès 1990.
