Customs charges and import/export duties and taxes may be charged to the customer by their local custom authorities. These charges are usually payable, directly to the courier company or local border authority, by the customer when the parcel enters their country. Postage charges are calculated based on weight, value, destination of the parcel and the service chosen. In the unlikely event that the shipping charge on the website does not adequately cover the actual cost of the shipping then we reserve the right to request additional shipping charges. Due to unforeseen circumstances there may be the occasional time when delivery takes longer than the estimated date given. We will attempt to keep you as informed as possible if this is the case.
