The path we travel is our own individual journey. There is not a map or person that will guide our life expedition. Within each one of us God has placed himself to go before, guide, and never leave us. His assurance for this road trip called life is that, even if we have never walked into a church or read the Bible, He resides within us. It's a journey of trust, surrender, and belonging.

I understand the innate yearning to belong. Activities, adventures, and other people never satisfied that inner need. It could only be fulfilled by the one who placed the desire within. God gave everyone that yearning to seek and draw closer to Him. When I first was introduced to Jesus I didn't truly understand who He was and what He had done for us. It was only by learning about His character and love that I was able to trust Him in the driver's seat.

The Lord speaks on a personal level: You are a chosen child, no one can take you away from me. Please know I look at you with love and adoration and want the best for you. Lean not on your own understanding; trust and depend on me. Wait, and let me reveal my love for you.
