From the Author:
As this novel evolved in my mind, I began to search for the perfect place to set it. It had to be a wilderness lake with lots of islands and a rich history that included Native American heritage. I found that - and more - on Rainy Lake along the Minnesota/Ontario international border. I've done extensive research there, including Voyageur's National Park, to ensure an authentic setting for my story. And I fell in love with this incredible place! Many of my readers are planning trips to Rainy Lake after reading my novel.
As Don Bacue, Executive Editor, International Features Syndicate, described this novel, " Waters of the Dancing Sky is an elegantly told story filled with twists and turns, pain and tenderness, conflicts and resolution. Touched by the spirits of Native Americans long since passed from this world, emboldened by the majesty and magic of the North Woods that surround her, Beth learns at last to life life anew... to let go of the past and embrace the future, whatever it might bring."
