About the Author:
Fern Esposito has extensive knowledge of the restaurant business having created a successful dining establishment in 2000.Her restaurant received a rating of Excellent from the New York Times in 2002. She sold her restaurant in 2004. She resides in New Jersey with her husband Peter and her dog Louis V.
