About the Author:
James Clark-Dawe,Esq., is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. In 1990, he opened his law practice, eventually specializing in equine law. He has served as president of teh New Hampshire Horse Council. He is a frequent contributor to a variety of horse publications, including Equus, Western Horseman, Equine Journal, Horseman's Yankee Pedlar and Eastern Equerry, and writes a regular column in Stable Management magazine.
