Kim Richard Nossal is a leading expert in the field of Canadian Foreign Policy, Sir Edward Peacock Professor of International Relations, Department of Political Studies at Queen’s University and is currently engaged in a project on the domestic politics of the Afghanistan mission in Australia and Canada.

Stéphane Roussel is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Canada Research Chair in Canadian Foreign and Defence Policy.  Roussel currently directs three research programs.

Stéphane Paquin is professor of applied politics at the Université de Sherbrooke and the author or co-author of seven books and many articles. Specializing in US-Canadian Relations he lectures widely.

The tone is appropriate...The writing style is clear and straight-forward.

This would be the only up to date text that examines in a comprehensive way the making of Canadian foreign policy and the factors that condition it.
